In workshops and sheds across the UK, we noticed a common frustration: DIY tools either worked well but cost a fortune, or were affordable but fell short of expectations. We knew there had to be a better way.

Darklis was born in 2023 with a crystal-clear mission – to create tools that simply work better. No gimmicks, no unnecessary features, just thoughtfully designed equipment that helps you tackle projects with confidence.

We're craftspeople and DIY enthusiasts ourselves, so we know that every minute spent fighting with inadequate tools is a minute wasted. That's why we obsess over the details that matter: grip comfort that lasts through long projects, alignment features that give you professional-grade precision, and durability that ensures your tools are ready whenever inspiration strikes.
